Diabetes Education Services are moving to the Primary Care Center!
As of Wednesday, January 2, 2013, Diabetes Education services will move from the second floor offices 2-110, Phillips-Wangensteen Building to Specialty Clinic 3A, Primary Care Center, third floor.

The Primary Care Center at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview provides you and your family with compassionate, quality health care. We specialize in the prevention and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Our services include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, health psychology, and pharmaceutical care. We also provide expertise in such areas as sports and travel medicine.
